Der Personalrat wird alle f\u00fcnf Jahre von den Besch\u00e4ftigten der Stadt M\u00fchldorf a. Inn gew\u00e4hlt. Er vertritt die Interessen aller Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus den Gruppen der Arbeitnehmer und Beamten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Personalrat ist an vielen Entscheidungen der Dienststelle beteiligt, die Einzelne, eine Gruppe oder alle Besch\u00e4ftigten betreffen, unter anderem bei Einstellungen, der Regelung von Arbeitszeiten, Bef\u00f6rderungen und H\u00f6hergruppierungen, der Gestaltung von Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen, Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes, K\u00fcndigungen und Entlassungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Personalrat kann Ihnen bei Problemen, die Ihr Arbeitsumfeld betreffen, nur helfen, wenn er diese Probleme kennt. Sollten Sie Hilfe ben\u00f6tigen oder m\u00f6chten Sie Ausk\u00fcnfte, haben Sie das Recht, den Personalrat w\u00e4hrend der Dienst- bzw. Arbeitszeit aufzusuchen oder sich jederzeit mit ihm in Verbindung zu setzen. Kontaktieren sie bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten das Personalratsmitglied ihres Vertrauens. Die jeweiligen Telefonnummern und Email-Adressen der  neun Personalr\u00e4te entnehmen sie bitte der Kontaktliste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich sind die Personalratsmitglieder zu absolutem Stillschweigen verpflichtet. (Art. 10 BayPVG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Besprechungsraum des Personalrats der Kreisstadt M\u00fchldorf a. Inn befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hans-Pr\u00e4hofer-Hauses in der Luitpoldallee 23 (Musikschulgeb\u00e4ude). Dort finden regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Arbeitstreffen des Personalrates statt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden mindestens einmal pro Monat Gespr\u00e4che mit dem Hauptamt und dem 1. B\u00fcrgermeister Michael Hetzl gef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Scheuen sie es nicht, auf uns zu zukommen.
